Design and develop men's woven apparel, especially bottoms and outerwear, from concept through production. Create sketches, CADs, technical packages, BOMs, and seasonal product stories while partnering with merchandising, product development, and technical design. Evaluate fittings, research trends and fabrics, present concepts to leadership, manage deadlines, and support product quality and commercial objectives. Provide guidance to associate designers as needed.

Lead solution delivery and operational support for the Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) platform. Manage configuration, testing, releases, vendors and IT team members. Own integrations with payments, eCommerce, WMS, ERP and BI systems. Provide change management, documentation, training materials, and root-cause troubleshooting to support omni-channel retail operations.

Support the women's design team with day-to-day tasks: organize samples, trims, and binders; sketch and update CADs in Illustrator; file paperwork; maintain an organized workspace; assist in meetings, fittings, and ad hoc projects while demonstrating strong communication, time management, and receptiveness to feedback.

The Pre-Production Associate coordinates product development for the division, ensuring quality and aesthetic align with brand standards. Responsibilities include tracking sample development, managing vendor communications, and utilizing PLM systems to issue requests.

Support supply chain and logistics team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Perform personalization screenprint competitive analysis across competitors — evaluating assortment, order minimums, pricing, production methods and turnarounds — and complete ad hoc assignments throughout the Fall internship.

Lead global creator, influencer, and ambassador programs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Own influencer budget, negotiate contracts and usage rights, manage talent sourcing and onboarding, oversee seeding and experiential activations, standardize analytics across paid and organic efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Social, E‑comm, Retail, Legal, and agencies.

Support PR team with media relations and sample logistics, monitor and report editorial and influencer coverage, maintain media and influencer databases, assist event planning and on-site logistics, coordinate product walkthroughs and cross-team product pulls, support press presentations and launches, and track departmental budgets and invoices.

The Allocation Manager oversees inventory allocation, replenishment strategies, and performance analysis to optimize sales and meet financial targets, collaborating closely with various teams.
