Lead by example to drive sales and clienteling: exceed personal KPIs, grow and manage a client book through outreach, provide luxury-focused styling and product expertise, convert walk-ins, mentor the team in best-in-class selling behaviors, and support store operations (POS, merchandising, inventory, visual standards) while enforcing company policies.

Coordinate and execute retail, wholesale, and outlet marketing initiatives. Manage day-to-day marketing operations, project workflows, and trafficking of creative requests from brief through production. Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, E-commerce, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Wholesale teams to deliver campaigns, local activations, events, and store communications on time while supporting budget tracking and reporting.

Drive sales and build customer relationships in-store through active clienteling, follow-up communication, and product knowledge. Maintain store visuals, receive merchandise, process markdowns/transfers, operate POS and email systems, adhere to loss prevention, and meet sales/productivity goals.

Analyze, dispute, and resolve wholesale customer chargebacks, deductions, and compliance violations. Research discrepancies, prepare dispute documentation, reconcile accounts, monitor aging, analyze trends, generate recovery and KPI reports, support month-end close, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Operations to recover revenue and recommend process improvements to reduce future deductions.

Lead Vince's social media, PR, influencer and events strategy and execution. Manage agency and creator relationships, campaigns, community engagement, celebrity dressing, and seasonal brand events. Oversee budgets, KPIs, social listening, affiliate programs, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and optimize performance, including use of AI tools and content for generative/LLM search.
