Review customer sales tax exemption forms for completeness, follow up on incomplete forms, file forms electronically, complete exemption setup in the system within 5-7 days, and communicate with customers and store personnel as needed. May perform other assigned duties.

Leads enterprise business systems analysis, process improvement, application support, data analytics, and cross-functional technology initiatives. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, documents workflows and integrations, manages project plans and implementations, supports ERP and related applications, and provides reporting, data governance, troubleshooting, mentoring, and technical guidance across retail, supply chain, finance, e-commerce, and operations.
