Oversee a regional portfolio of affordable housing communities, ensuring operational, financial, leasing, maintenance, and regulatory success. Lead property managers and onsite staff, manage budgets and forecasts, conduct audits and inspections, resolve escalated tenant issues, support compliance deadlines, and implement strategies to meet revenue and occupancy goals. The role requires extensive regional travel, including at least four days per week, and expert knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance.

Provides administrative and operational support for risk management analysts by processing and monitoring insurance claims, supporting policy renewals, maintaining insurance records, tracking certificates of insurance, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and managing departmental databases and correspondence.
