Leads US wholesale sales order operations from onboarding and order intake through fulfillment, shipment, issue resolution, and vendor compliance. Owns retailer requirements, EDI workflows, chargeback reduction, operational KPIs, reporting, process improvements, SOPs, systems enhancements, and AI-driven automation. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Fulfillment, Planning, Technology, and Finance while building scalable processes, documentation, and standards for a growing B2B wholesale organization.

Develop and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs for a warehouse management platform. Build scalable backend services with Node.js, optimize SQL queries and stored procedures, integrate internal and external systems, collaborate with front-end, mobile, and platform teams, and support debugging, monitoring, documentation, and defect resolution.

Prepare analyses for Merch & Planning, write intermediate-to-complex SQL against Snowflake, manage Tableau BI (modeling, standards, automated reports), present insights to stakeholders, partner with data engineering, and build scalable analytics solutions to inform business strategy.

Lead AI initiatives from discovery through pilot, rollout, adoption, and improvement. Partner with business teams to identify AI opportunities, create clear project plans, track priorities/risks/milestones, run experiments with AI tools and automations, build playbooks and documentation, design workflows, and support governance, training, and adoption across the company.

Lead and develop the Creative Systems engineering squad, own delivery cadence, architect integrations across DAM/CMS/creative automation, stay hands-on with code and incident unblocking, drive AI adoption for creative workflows, and partner with Product and Creative leadership on platform direction.

Manage end-to-end multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, mobile app), build A/B testing pipelines, analyze and optimize campaign performance, QA campaign setup, brief creative and project-manage cross-functional delivery, and experiment with generative AI to boost productivity.

Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and models at Fabletics, collaborating with teams to enhance data accessibility and performance for business insights.
