Lead the Leadership Giving Program to cultivate, solicit, and steward mid-level donors ($2,500–$10,000). Design tiered engagement and stewardship strategies, coordinate cross-team events and communications, track donor pipeline and performance metrics, and grow donor retention, upgrades, and new giving circle members.
