Analyzes financial and operational data to support leadership decision-making and fiscal health across five nonprofit affiliates. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance tracking, dashboard and report development, grant and restricted-funds reporting, reconciliations, month-end close support, journal entries, and audit preparation. The role partners with IT and operational teams to integrate data, improve reporting, automate processes, provide analytical support and training, and recommend improvements for long-term sustainability.

Develops, implements, and delivers training and orientation for support staff serving people with I/DD. Ensures regulatory and funder compliance, manages LMS and training records, conducts competency evaluations and audits, prepares compliance reports, and collaborates with program and compliance leaders. Provides guidance, learning accommodations, and promotes staff professional development; requires local travel between offices.

Greet visitors, manage visitor badges and logs, answer and route phones, perform general administrative tasks (copying, faxing, mail, scheduling), prepare meeting rooms, and assist colleagues with ad-hoc office duties.
