Administers sales compensation processes, including commission calculations, validation, payouts, quota distribution, and compensation plan rollouts. Reconciles employee, sales, and commission data across Salesforce, Xactly, and Workday. Produces reports on commissions, sales performance, forecasting, pricing, margins, bookings, and operational metrics. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Finance, Consulting, and Operations to improve processes, support decision-making, and maintain accurate compensation systems and documentation.
