Leads the internal audit program and SOX testing across QCR Holdings and its subsidiaries. Oversees audit risk assessment, schedules, procedures, tools, internal controls, audit reports, external audit support, and communication with business units and the Audit & Compliance Committee. Manages, coaches, hires, and evaluates internal audit staff while coordinating external audit providers and special investigations. Requires extensive internal audit and management experience, professional certification, strong communication skills, and travel to company locations.

Manages tax professionals, workflows, deadlines, external providers, and regulatory relationships. Partners with trust, investment, wealth management, banking, and legal teams to deliver tax-efficient strategies for high-net-worth clients. Responsible for hiring, staff development, performance management, risk controls, and business growth.

Processes and closes consumer loans, supports loan officers with applications, documentation, compliance, servicing, disbursements, construction-loan draws, lien protection, modifications, and maturing-loan monitoring. Maintains confidential customer information, prepares accurate loan documents, responds to client inquiries, and uses banking software while adhering to consumer lending regulations, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, HMDA, flood guidelines, and TRID.

Manages user account creation, modification, deactivation, and access provisioning across multiple systems. Supports onboarding and offboarding, maintains provisioning records, resolves account and password issues, tracks requests in an IT service management tool, and ensures compliance with security and organizational policies. Collaborates with IT, HR, application owners, and department managers while identifying opportunities to optimize and automate provisioning workflows.

Drive deposit and loan growth by developing community and commercial relationships, hosting events, sourcing new consumer and small business accounts, and collaborating with bankers to meet sales targets.

Manage and lead a remote desktop support team, implement ITSM best practices, monitor SLAs and performance metrics, oversee hardware/software inventory and deployments, select and maintain desktop management tools, provide escalated support, and hire/train staff while ensuring compliance and high customer service.
