TITLE: System Provisioning Analyst
DEPARTMENT: 937 – GO End-User Services
JOB SUMMARY:
The System Provisioning Analyst is responsible for managing user accounts and access privileges across various systems and platforms. This role will ensure user accounts are created, modified, and deactivated accurately and efficiently, in alignment with organizational policies and security standards. The System Provisioning Analyst will collaborate with IT teams, Human Resources and other departments to facilitate smooth user onboarding and offboarding processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across multiple systems and platforms, following established procedures and security protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate provisioning of user accounts based on predefined roles, access levels, and permissions, in accordance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and relevant stakeholders to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning new accounts, granting appropriate access, and disabling accounts for departing employees.
- Maintain accurate records of system provisioning activities, access requests, and changes, and generate reports as required.
- Stay up to date with process standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to system provisioning processes.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users regarding account-related issues, password resets, and access problems.
- Identify areas for process optimization and automation, contributing to the continuous improvement of system provisioning workflows and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Application Owners and department managers, to streamline system provisioning processes and resolve any operational challenges.
- Track, prioritize and resolve requests through the IT Service Management tool.
- Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred.
- One to two years of experience in system provisioning, access management, security, or other related roles.
- Knowledge of directory services, such as Active Directory, LDAP, etc.
- Knowledge of user account management and access control principles.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and application provisioning.
- Proficient with IT Service Management ticketing systems.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to organize and manage a variety of projects and tasks.
- Capability to manage sensitive information and uphold confidentiality
- Capability to work and collaborate with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and professional manner.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Duties are performed in a professional office environment.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
The minimum hourly wage for this position is $21.63-$31.25. The actual starting wage will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
