Builds executive relationships, forecasts opportunities in HubSpot, attends industry networking events, and collaborates with marketing, product, and implementation teams to support successful customer onboarding.

Owns strategic commercial opportunities from executive or partner introduction through contract execution and onboarding handoff. Coordinates deal plans, stakeholders, contract redlines, pricing, compliance, treasury, risk, and operational requirements. Lead Agile product delivery, write requirements, prioritize backlogs, manage payment and hardware integrations, oversee device certification and lifecycle management, and establish product KPIs. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, risk, support, marketing, sales, and external partners to improve merchant experiences, commercialization, compliance, and product growth.

Supports merchant onboarding, implementation, training, and first-line support for the e|tab platform. Responsibilities include conducting product demos, configuring digital menus, coordinating installations and go-live activities, assisting with payment integrations, resolving support tickets, troubleshooting printer connectivity, and coordinating hardware shipments. Success depends on meeting SLAs, resolving merchant issues, developing product expertise, and delivering a smooth customer experience.
