Leads intake, discovery, solutioning, and readiness for partner payments products and the Payments Platform. Defines product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, success metrics, customer journeys, workflows, and risk controls. Coordinates Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance/Risk, and business stakeholders to validate feasibility, dependencies, risks, and operational readiness. Serves as a payments subject matter expert, supports issue resolution, ensures governance adherence, and mentors product practitioners.
