The Regional Director drives business development and client relationship management, focusing on sales activities and promoting Dimensional's investment solutions to new and existing clients.

Support Regional Directors and Senior Associates in relationship management and business development for institutional clients. Prepare presentations, compile performance and analytical materials, manage due diligence and RFP responses, maintain CRM, build marketing lists, ensure data quality, and coordinate with internal teams. Some travel required.

Supports Global Client Group Operations through data collection, analysis, reporting, CRM data accuracy, sales enablement, process documentation, and data automation improvements. The intern will help develop business intelligence capabilities, communicate product activities, gather requirements, and partner with colleagues to improve sales data governance and reporting. The nine-week program is fully in person and intended for undergraduate or specialized master’s students.

Analyze, cleanse, and manage investment data from multiple sources, evaluating vendor data quality and supporting portfolio management, trading, compliance, and reporting systems. The role develops business logic, data structures, pipelines, testing processes, and automation while helping define new data products and improve operational efficiency. It also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and data engineers, plus mentoring junior analysts.

Nine-week, fully in-person internship supporting Global Client Group Sales Operations. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data for sales initiatives, developing business intelligence capabilities with Power BI and Snowflake, improving data automation, maintaining process documentation, supporting reporting, and communicating project needs. Interns will gain exposure to sales enablement, data governance, reporting, and investment operations while working collaboratively across teams.

Supports sales operations by maintaining client, asset, cash flow, and CRM data accuracy. Processes vendor data, identifies discrepancies, supports data governance, documents processes, communicates analyses, and helps define requirements for business systems and projects. Collaborates with sales, operations, technology, and global stakeholders to improve data-informed decision-making and reporting.

Nine-week summer internship supporting Dimensional’s Global Client Group. Interns will assist with day-to-day client support, complete presentation and analytical projects, apply academically backed investment principles, and present project results to the team. The role involves collaborating with asset management professionals and supporting relationships with financial advisors, institutions, consultants, and other global clients.
