Build trusted partnerships through regular customer visits, develop account and territory plans, identify growth opportunities, support commercial negotiations and pricing, collaborate with technical, marketing and supply chain teams, and drive sales pipeline and opportunity management. Role requires international travel (mainly Italy and France).

Lead cross-functional market teams to develop 5-year growth strategies and annual plans, define product concepts and value propositions, drive demand generation and commercialization, manage portfolio and innovation pipelines, partner with sales and technical teams, analyze market trends and customer needs, and oversee marketing communications to accelerate customer growth and product launches.

Manage and execute global benefits operations including medical, savings, pension, and country-specific plans. Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries, escalate and track cases, improve knowledge base and processes, perform data audits and analytics, and support continuous improvement to optimize benefit performance and service delivery.
