Lead presales efforts by gathering and analyzing client business and technical requirements, preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, SoWs, capability decks, and effort estimates. Conduct industry research, participate in discovery calls and workshops, maintain proposal content libraries, coordinate internal reviews, and map client needs to Simform's cloud and digital engineering service offerings.

Lead backend engineering teams, design scalable architectures, provide hands-on development when needed, enforce coding and design best practices, mentor developers, and drive cloud-native, CI/CD-driven implementations for high-performance applications.
