Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Tech Lead with a strong background in backend technologies to lead large engineering teams at Simform. This role requires expertise in software architecture design, cloud platforms, and leading development teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations. 

• Occasionally contribute as a hands-on developer when required. 

• Leverage expertise in multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency. 

• Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance. 

• Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices. 

• Ensure coding standards, design principles, and architectural best practices are followed. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.

• Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following tech stacks:

  • MEAN / MERN 

  • Python

  • .NET

  • Ruby on Rails (RoR) 

• Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. 

• In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies. 

• Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices. 

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities. 

• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspectives. 

• Backend: .NET, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js 

• Frontend (if applicable): React.js, Angular.js 

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes 

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB 

Preferred Skills: (Nice to Have):

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. 

• Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices. 

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. 

• Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions in backend applications. 

• Prior experience in performance optimization and security best practices.
