Identify, analyze, evaluate and control process risks. Develop and implement the annual Process Risk Management plan. Conduct facility-specific process risk assessments considering population, natural and technological hazards. Ensure selected risk-reduction measures meet defined criteria and support action planning to eliminate, avoid, or mitigate industrial risks.

Lead sourcing and category strategy for equipment/materials across Africa, Middle East and India. Develop 3-year plans, run RFx and supplier selection, negotiate frame contracts, manage supplier relationships and contract implementation, mitigate risks and costs, drive TCO reduction, report savings, and lead a team of category managers to align procurement with business objectives.

Support the IM Sales & Marketing data domain: align sales and marketing data models, run gap analyses, propose canonical attribute definitions, manage governance tools and UAT, coordinate a worldwide data coordinators community, and support data initiatives for churn, pricing, customer care and sales effectiveness.

Support setup and commissioning of a new nitrogen production site: close project punch lists, develop operational checklists and training materials, update P&IDs and SOPs, assist facility manager, consolidate training matrix for Intelex, and perform Group Technical tasks.

Lead process solution development and regulatory permitting for hydrogen and cryogenic projects. Create PFDs/P&IDs, perform equipment sizing and technical calculations, obtain vendor proposals, prepare RFQs, drive permitting with KHK/METI/prefectural authorities, and approve engineering deliverables and as-built documentation.

Lead delivery of large capital and improvement projects for chemical manufacturing, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety, procurement, contractor management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder reporting while providing technical leadership and value engineering.

Implement and maintain ISO 9001-aligned quality management systems to support operations, logistics and sales. Ensure compliance, promote continuous improvement, analyze quality data, track and report dashboards, and reduce waste and cost while improving product/process performance.

Provide legal support for compliance, commercial contracts (drafting/negotiation), corporate governance, litigation/arbitration, and regulatory/competition matters. Collaborate with business, finance, HR, and global legal teams; identify risks and propose practical legal strategies.
