Leads Switzerland’s packaged gases operations, including four production sites, a central warehouse, and end-to-end supply chain activities. Conduct independent research and develop Embodied AI algorithms for industrial robots and mobile manipulators. Responsibilities include multimodal perception, autonomous planning, reinforcement and imitation learning, robot control, Sim-to-Real transfer, and deployment in industrial environments. The researcher will collaborate with engineering and operations teams, debug hardware and software, train colleagues, transfer knowledge, publish research, and evaluate advances in robotics, Physical AI, and LLM/VLM applications.

Lead independent R&D for semiconductor deposition processes and precursor molecules using ALD and CVD. Develop dielectric, metal, and alloy thin films; operate and troubleshoot deposition tools; perform advanced metrology and film characterization; solve multidisciplinary technical problems; define technology roadmaps; mentor scientists; collaborate globally with customers, marketing, academic, and industry partners; and support patents and commercialization.

Manage and grow sales and profitability across assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, coordinating customized solutions with internal teams, negotiating contracts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and serving as the primary client contact. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or an equivalent field, plus at least three years of commercial experience.

Lead process solution development and regulatory permitting for hydrogen and cryogenic projects. Create PFDs/P&IDs, perform equipment sizing and technical calculations, obtain vendor proposals, prepare RFQs, drive permitting with KHK/METI/prefectural authorities, and approve engineering deliverables and as-built documentation.

Manage PR/PO processes, delivery timelines, and inventory turnover; develop and evaluate suppliers and contracts; implement strategic sourcing and cost-saving initiatives; analyze procurement data and produce reports; collaborate cross-functionally on risk mitigation and supplier selection; utilize ERP/MRP and analytics tools to streamline procurement and support production needs.
