Support planning and delivery of energy, utility, and infrastructure improvement projects. Conduct site surveys, perform engineering evaluations, prepare feasibility studies and cost estimates, develop scopes and design documentation, manage schedules/budgets/procurement, monitor project progress, and coordinate clients, subcontractors, and internal teams under a licensed Professional Engineer.

Drive B2B sales for energy procurement and sustainability solutions into large key accounts (~5,000 MWh+). Prospect, build pipeline, engage C-level decision makers, close electricity, natural gas, and green energy contracts, analyze commodity performance, coordinate internal teams, maintain CRM records, and exceed revenue targets. Hybrid role with significant travel.

Develop and support BMS/SCADA applications across platforms (Niagara, Ignition, Wonderware, Distech, PLCs). Enforce engineering standards for programming, graphics, alarming, tagging, history, and databases. Provide remote technical support to project managers and field engineers, troubleshoot DDC/HVAC systems, and implement protocol integrations (BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, SNMP, MQTT).

Lead roofing, building envelope, and construction projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, client communication, documentation, risk mitigation, and field coordination to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Manage BMS projects from award through closeout, ensuring alignment with controls design, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements. Partner with controls engineers and field technicians, track financial performance, own change orders, support commissioning and troubleshooting, and communicate status to clients and leadership.

Lead development and automation of executive dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI. Integrate ERP/CRM and operational data, build financial models for forecasting and variance analysis, deliver executive and board-ready presentations, support monthly business reviews, and partner cross-functionally to improve data integrity and scalable reporting solutions.
