Lead customer SaaS implementation projects across full lifecycle: discovery, planning, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, go-live, stabilization, and transition to support. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope/schedule/budget/quality, mitigate risks, create PM artifacts, apply AI/automation and reporting (Power BI), and drive customer adoption and continuous improvement.
