Provides onsite deskside and end-user computing support in a VIP-heavy environment. Responsibilities include ticketing, incident and change management, troubleshooting, executive support, mobile device management, directory administration, IT asset inventory, and assistance with infrastructure, application, and security projects. Requires customer service, networking fundamentals, Cisco phone, Active Directory, audio/visual, and VoIP knowledge, plus rotational after-hours on-call support and occasional work at other Dallas-area offices.

Manage and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and QoS. Install and configure network devices, perform maintenance and upgrades, monitor performance, plan capacity, and enforce change-management and security policies. Provide technical support within SLA requirements, collaborate with security teams, maintain PCI compliance, and support Windows Server and related systems. The role is remote but requires Dallas-area residence and onsite customer visits as needed, along with flexible shift availability.
