Support corporate accounting automation and ERP initiatives by developing, testing, monitoring, and documenting automations and workflows. Collaborate with divisions, assist with SharePoint/Viva Engage, perform basic troubleshooting, learn configuration management, and perform business analysis of manual-to-robot processes while expanding accounting and systems knowledge.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders including complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting and event logistics, briefing materials, expense and vendor management, stakeholder liaison, and confidential document handling to ensure executive priorities are executed efficiently.

Perform SOX 404 and internal audit testing under senior auditor direction, obtain and analyze audit evidence, prepare detailed workpapers, communicate findings, coordinate with management and external auditors, support quarterly filings and special projects, and travel up to 25%.
