The role also develops GenAI-enabled migration tooling, influences senior stakeholders, and collaborates with distributed engineering, product, and data teams.

Design and deliver cloud-native data platforms, scalable big data pipelines, lakehouses, warehouses, transformation frameworks, BI solutions, and ML-enabled data workflows. Lead client-facing pre-sales engagements, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, executive conversations, and enterprise data modernization initiatives. Build reusable architectural IP, influence senior stakeholders, and translate ambiguous business challenges into production-ready solutions using AWS and modern data technologies.

Designs, builds, and deploys production AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and LLMs. Responsibilities include model development and evaluation, RAG pipelines, NLP applications, AI service integration, MLOps, data preparation, deployment, monitoring, testing, and scalable software engineering. Collaborates with engineering, product, and data teams in a distributed environment while supporting responsible, performant, and cost-effective AI development.

Lead digital product delivery for client teams from problem framing through release and adoption. Translate business intent into outcomes, requirements, priorities, features, stories, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate discovery and stakeholder alignment, manage tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and delivery decisions, and partner with engineering, design, quality, and business teams. Use customer evidence, adoption signals, and success metrics to evaluate impact and guide iteration.

Lead enterprise-scale migrations to GitHub Enterprise Cloud, including repositories, users, access controls, workflows, Enterprise Managed Users, and data residency. Design governed identity and access environments, validate integrations, and deliver documented handoffs. Build and maintain scalable internal developer platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes-based services, and self-service capabilities. Partner with clients, mentor teams, and support cloud-native modernization using Azure, Terraform, and GitHub tooling.
