Responsibilities include customer discovery, qualification, value and ROI storytelling, enterprise demonstrations, proof-of-concept strategy, and technical partnership with Account Executives through deal close. Reproduces issues in lab environments, documents solutions, manages cases and SLAs, maintains technical documentation, and supports escalated customer calls. The role requires strong networking, virtualization, cloud, SQL, and IT infrastructure skills, with opportunities to develop subject-matter expertise and use AI tools to improve resolution speed.

Troubleshoot customer technical support cases, reproduce issues in a lab spanning Windows, Linux, macOS, VMware, Active Directory, AWS, and Azure, and document resolutions clearly. Manage high-volume caseloads, follow up on open cases, meet SLAs, maintain documentation in Confluence, Jira, and Salesforce, and eventually support severity-one and enterprise customers. The role requires strong networking, systems administration, virtualization, cloud, SQL, communication, and organizational skills.

Own free-to-paid conversion for a high-volume SaaS user base. Build AI-driven intent signals, automated nurture workflows, sales cadences, self-serve purchasing flows, and scalable onboarding. Analyze product usage and behavioral data to prioritize opportunities, while personally managing and closing high-potential conversions and expansions. Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Engineering, and product teams in a greenfield environment.

Own the full sales cycle for net-new enterprise accounts across EMEA, targeting organizations with 1,000+ employees. Generate outbound pipeline, qualify inbound and partner opportunities, engage CIOs and CISOs, expand subsidiary opportunities into global deals, and close $25K–$600K+ ACV contracts. The role requires consultative enterprise selling, executive engagement, multilingual communication, channel collaboration, and daily use of AI for research and personalization.

Ownership of an end-to-end product domain: set strategy and roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, coordinate cross-functional delivery (Engineering, UX, Product Marketing), engage customers, drive go-to-market, coach other PMs, and ensure quality and timely execution.
