Designs, builds, and operates secure, scalable AWS infrastructure for a multi-account B2B SaaS platform. Responsibilities include Terraform-based provisioning, ECS and distributed systems operations, networking, IAM, databases, Kafka, monitoring, CI/CD, disaster recovery, incident response, cost optimization, and compliance support. The engineer partners with application and security teams, maintains documentation and runbooks, and contributes to reliability and automation improvements.

Lead and execute StarCompliance's data and AI strategy: build a governed data foundation, deliver production-grade LLM and ML capabilities (RAG, semantic search, vector DBs), establish MLOps, and grow a cross-functional Data & AI team aligned with product and business priorities in a regulated financial environment.

Design, implement, and maintain integration- and API-level automated tests for a distributed, cloud-native SaaS platform. Validate asynchronous/event-driven workflows and failure modes, build performance and scalability tests and data, integrate tests into CI/CD, analyse test results and telemetry, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve reliability, observability, and release readiness.
