Provide technical support and training for customers using the FIS accounting system, troubleshooting GL, payroll, and inventory issues via phone, email, and chat. Document cases, mentor junior staff, surface product feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer experience for utility customers.

Serve as primary client advocate for Meridian's enterprise SaaS, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Design, build, and maintain complex C#/.NET applications (WPF/.NET Core); architect scalable solutions; mentor developers; lead code reviews; troubleshoot, optimize databases and apps; drive testing, SDLC and SAFe practices; reduce technical debt and document solutions.
