Develop and maintain a C++ library combining networking, gameplay, and community features for online multiplayer games. Design architecture, implement performance testing and optimizations, support game developers, follow modern C++ practices, mentor teammates, and research new tools and technologies.

Lead and develop a Technical QA team for The Witcher 4, translating QA strategy into testing plans and measurable outcomes. Own milestone verification, technical quality execution, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Improve QA workflows, tools, documentation, dashboards, and testing practices. Support complex technical investigations involving performance, stability, crashes, memory, engine and tools quality, platform testing, and development pipeline reliability.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for ERP, BPMS, data warehouse and integration landscapes. Drive automation, data architecture (ETL/ELT), governance, vendor management, SLAs, and team development (~20 people) to optimize processes, ensure data quality, and enable scalable business systems.

Provide technical leadership for ML-driven tooling and systems that improve Unreal Engine workflows, production pipelines, developer productivity and game subsystems. Collaborate with ML engineers and researchers to evaluate ML solutions, guide technical decisions, and translate capabilities into practical game development value. Manage and develop engineering and research staff, align cross-team efforts, and ensure delivery of high-impact tools and improvements.

Lead and build a team to design, implement, optimize, and maintain NPC community and behavior systems for a new AAA RPG. Collaborate with designers, animators, writers, QA, and production to define technical scope, prototype, debug, profile, and maintain clean, modular code and technical standards.

Own key gameplay features, build tools, debug and profile complex systems, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with design, QA, and production.
