Sell and expand electronic security services to existing and new customers. Qualify leads, prepare estimates/proposals/contracts, consult on solutions, collaborate with Engineering/Project Management/Operations, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead and manage Installation Operations teams, develop and implement operational strategies, oversee project planning and execution, set and monitor departmental metrics, and coach staff to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
