Integrate onboard software onto flight hardware, own ground-control/operator interfaces, plan and execute test campaigns, perform post-test data analysis, and collaborate with hardware, perception, navigation, and autonomy teams to deliver a safe operator experience.

Design, integrate, and validate long-range, resilient wireless communication and mesh networking for multi-platform aircraft. Own command-and-telemetry links, IP networking architectures, and MAVLink telemetry integration. Collaborate with hardware, integration, and test teams to field and validate communication performance.

Design and implement real-time onboard perception: fuse camera, lidar, and radar for detection, tracking, and precision landing. Develop deep-learning and classical CV algorithms, perform sensor calibration and multi-sensor fusion, optimize for embedded compute, analyze test data, and integrate perception with navigation, controls, and hardware teams.

Design, implement, and tune state-estimation and navigation algorithms for GPS-denied and GNSS-degraded environments. Build VIO, lidar/vision-aided INS, and multi-sensor fusion solutions; integrate IMU, camera, and lidar sensors; validate via simulation, bench, and field testing; analyze test data and collaborate with perception, controls, and test teams to resolve navigation performance issues.

Integrate, build, and validate hardware for subscale aircraft platforms: mount and wire flight controllers, companion computers, radios, and sensors; design wiring harnesses and power distribution; troubleshoot EMI, power, and signal-integrity; coordinate bench and flight validation; maintain build documentation and configuration records.
