Lead a global accounting team and oversee close activities, technical accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit readiness. Manage accounting for stock compensation, leases, foreign currency, intercompany transactions, and international entities under US GAAP. Implement procure-to-pay tools, improve ERP workflows and controls, and drive automation and AI initiatives. Leads LaunchDarkly’s enterprise AI operating model, including portfolio management, spend and adoption reporting, governance, policy operations, vendor reviews, audits, roadmap tracking, communications, and enablement. Partners with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, executives, and distributed AI centers of excellence to improve responsible AI adoption, reduce duplication and costs, accelerate reviews, and demonstrate measurable business value.

Own and expand large enterprise accounts across the EMEA territory. Develop account and territory plans, generate outbound pipeline, manage consultative sales cycles, and drive LaunchDarkly adoption. Engage executive stakeholders, communicate business and technical value, coordinate with solutions engineering and customer success, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve customer and revenue outcomes. The role requires enterprise closing experience, technical understanding of DevOps and developer workflows, quota attainment, and experience with land-and-expand SaaS sales.

Own Revenue Operations for the EMEA go-to-market team, partnering with Marketing, Sales, SDR, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success leaders. Run forecasting, pipeline, and business review cadences; ensure data quality; translate strategy into regional processes; deliver actionable insights; support planning and FP&A; drive adoption of new initiatives; and represent regional needs to systems teams.

Lead LaunchDarkly’s product management organization across all product pillars, owning organizational design, roadmap execution, product operating systems, portfolio discipline, packaging, customer insights, and commercial outcomes. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and finance to deliver reliable product commitments, improve activation and expansion, and apply AI-assisted practices to increase development leverage and delivery speed.

Own post-sales customer success for LaunchDarkly accounts, guiding onboarding, implementation, adoption, risk mitigation, renewals, and expansion. Provide technical and prescriptive guidance to developer-focused customers, build champions and executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage retention and renewal forecasts. The role requires strong customer success, sales, project management, and technical product experience, preferably in DevOps.

Lead Corporate EMEA sales strategy and execution, owning regional revenue, new business, expansion, pipeline, forecasting, territory planning, and capacity decisions. Manage and develop frontline sales leaders and Account Executives, coach complex deals, improve conversion, recruit talent, and build an accountable, inclusive sales culture. Partner with Marketing, SDR, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to drive predictable growth.

Own HR systems, People analytics, reporting, dashboards, data governance, and AI-enabled insights. Partner with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to translate workforce questions into metrics and actions. Manage HRIS configuration, integrations, security, automations, data quality, system projects, and annual people cycles. Train managers and People teams while protecting employee data and delivering scalable self-service solutions.
