Recruit and select talent for aerospace production roles by developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring processes, partnering with hiring managers, extending offers, and supporting onboarding. The role also manages candidate and stakeholder relationships, promotes employer branding, analyzes recruiting metrics, ensures employment-law compliance, and, at the senior level, coaches and mentors Talent Acquisition team members. The position follows a hybrid schedule with onsite work three days weekly.

Supports and improves manufacturing processes, production workflows, equipment calibration, documentation, and process capability. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, evaluating defective hardware, maintaining SOPs, analyzing SPC data, conducting DFMA reviews, diagnosing PCBA failures, supporting root cause analysis, and leading small-scale manufacturing projects. Level II engineers also implement process improvements, mentor team members, and collaborate with design and quality teams.

Design and implement aerospace electronic system architectures, develop and manage requirements, solve complex technical challenges, and lead cross-functional engineering teams. Advise leadership on technology strategy, support safety analyses, troubleshoot critical systems, and mentor junior engineers. Ensure solutions meet technical standards, business objectives, and requirements across firmware, software, and electronic hardware.

Leads small to medium supply chain improvement projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, governance, project gates, and deliverables. Coordinates cross-functional teams, mentors project coordinators, communicates with stakeholders, resolves conflicts, prioritizes competing demands, and drives project results. Uses Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methods and tools such as Planisware and Jira. Level II manages more complex projects and competing priorities.

Analyze customer quality data to identify trends and root causes, lead small quality improvement projects, collaborate with engineering and production, design QA processes, provide technical customer support, and maintain documentation while applying statistical analysis and continuous improvement methods.

Ensure compliance with aviation airworthiness and certification requirements (Part 145/Part 21). Lead certification activities, support audits and inspections, maintain quality systems, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, review procedures and records, liaise with regulatory authorities and cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance and airworthiness processes.

Conduct pricing analysis, develop models and dashboards, monitor pricing metrics, and recommend strategies to improve revenue and profitability. Analyze costs, margins, variances, customer profitability, and product performance. Support quotes, bids, launches, price increases, approvals, and governance while partnering with sales, finance, marketing, product, operations, supply chain, and engineering teams.

Leads the architecture, development, testing, and support of safety-critical embedded software for aerospace products. Provides cybersecurity leadership aligned with DO-178C, DO-326A, DO-356A, and DO-355; develops security roadmaps, mitigates software and pipeline risks, supports certification and supply-chain assurance, mentors engineers, and drives technical innovation and process improvement.

Leads finance strategy for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams on diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations, financial modeling, integration, separation, advisor management, and governance. Evaluates risks, value drivers, and transaction economics while aligning tax, accounting, treasury, reporting, and operational finance expertise. Provides executive-level guidance and protects transaction value throughout the deal lifecycle.

Administer SAP Basis and security across ECC and S/4HANA environments, including monitoring, transports, upgrades, patching, refreshes, performance tuning, role-based access, user provisioning, SoD remediation, and audit support. Support global implementations, testing, cutover, and hypercare. The role also manages NextLabs, automation, infrastructure changes, documentation, troubleshooting, compliance readiness, and small application projects while collaborating with infrastructure, application, QA, and security teams.
