Lead end-to-end recruitment across Bulgaria and EMEA: develop sourcing strategies, screen and assess candidates, manage full hiring lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and improve TA processes and employer branding.

Lead technical scope for turbomachinery systems projects from proposal through FAT and commissioning. Design system architecture, control panels, BOMs, PLC control software, and HMI/SCADA applications. Perform testing, provide production and commissioning support, deliver technical training, support commercial proposals, and provide customer technical support.

Develop commercial strategies, analyze total cost structures, reduce procurement risk, and deliver category value while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead development and execution of supply chain strategy, manage suppliers, optimize inventory and performance metrics, drive cross-functional initiatives, and mentor the supply chain team to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and mitigate risk.
