The Americas Sales Director is responsible for developing sales strategies, overseeing the sales team, driving revenue, and managing customer relationships to ensure growth.

Support preparation, review, negotiation and management of distributor, OEM, customer and supplier contracts (NDAs, consultant agreements, tenders). Manage accounts receivable activities, including customer invoice follow-up, collections, cash-flow forecasting, A/R reporting, journal entries, financial statement preparation, compliance monitoring, error correction, tax reporting, and audit support. Maintain accurate accounting records and provide backup support for other accounting duties.

Manage Western USA sales operations for electronic components serving aerospace, defense, industrial, communications, medical, and test markets. Responsibilities include developing sales budgets, managing manufacturer representatives and distributors, targeting OEM customers, directing field applications efforts, building customer relationships, tracking design wins in CRM, reporting sales activity, contributing to product definition, and analyzing market trends. The role requires approximately 50% travel and collaboration with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams.

Serves as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers, supporting employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, accommodations, performance management, compliance, training, compensation, recruitment, and engagement. Coaches managers, analyzes HR data, conducts exit interviews, and contributes to cross-functional HR projects that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
