Partner with product and design, run hypothesis-driven experiments, engage directly with users, and own architecture, instrumentation, quality, and telemetry. Mentor engineers, set technical standards, deliver incremental releases, and make pragmatic decisions that connect engineering work to customer outcomes.

Leads and grows an enterprise Sales Engineering team while owning technical sales processes, discovery, demos, proof-of-value methodology, customer value realization, and field-to-product feedback. The role requires enterprise pre-sales expertise, hands-on implementation experience, technical architecture knowledge, AI-enabled sales practices, and the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders. Travel to customer meetings and workshops is expected 25–50% of the time.

The role includes mentoring engineers, identifying technical gaps, maintaining engineering excellence, and serving as a product-domain expert while collaborating with product managers, data scientists, team leads, and managers.

Serve as Finance Business Partner for Technology, owning forecasts, variance reporting, financial modeling, headcount planning, cloud and AI spend management, procurement, vendor contracts, and board-level scorecards. Translate technical spending into GAAP-compliant accounting entries and executive narratives. Partner with engineering, product, accounting, and senior leadership to improve budget accountability, SaaS efficiency, investment decisions, and ROI visibility across technology teams.

Manage strategic logistics customer accounts, driving onboarding, product adoption, value realization, renewals, and account expansion. Lead customer calls and QBRs, analyze customer data, communicate product value, synthesize feedback for product teams, and collaborate with account executives, product, and implementation engineering teams to improve delivery and customer outcomes.
