Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of UK&I food distributor customers. Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders, manage timelines, mitigate risks, lead kickoffs and training, support technical integrations (APIs/ERP), track launch metrics, and build scalable onboarding playbooks and documentation.

Lead technical pre-sales for EMEA enterprise deals: run discovery and stakeholder workshops, deliver tailored demos, scope integrations and APIs, manage procurement and security evaluations, and ensure successful handovers to Implementation and Customer Success. Build reusable assets and scale Solutions Consulting practices while translating technical requirements into measurable business outcomes.
