Recruitment Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, job offers, and onboarding support. Partner with terminals, repair shops, and breakdown teams to improve repair turnaround times and monitor fleet utilization, damage frequency, costs, and recovery performance.

Design, develop, optimize, and troubleshoot high-performance .NET Core/C# backend microservices in a distributed system. Implement observability, improve service communication and PostgreSQL performance, support service discovery and deployment strategies, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams. Contribute to architecture reviews, resilience patterns, scalability, testability, and production debugging across more than 100 microservices.

Designs enterprise-scale Azure and GCP cloud architectures, leads migrations and multi-region infrastructure, architects Kubernetes platforms, and builds CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code automation. Establishes cloud governance, security, compliance, observability, and Zero Trust practices. Leads architecture reviews, technology roadmaps, DevOps transformation, and technical team mentorship.

Build and deploy production AI agents and MCP integrations for logistics workflows including dispatch, billing, compliance, and fleet operations. Responsibilities include multi-agent orchestration, hybrid RAG/KAG/CAG retrieval architectures, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and function calling. The role also involves collaborating with operational teams and maintaining Kubernetes-based agent infrastructure using GitOps and observability practices.

Lead Workday adoption and change management initiatives by developing communications, training materials, visual job aids, presentations, and e-learning videos. Collaborate with HR and functional teams to assess impacts, prepare stakeholders, educate employees on future-state processes, deliver instructor-led training, and support users during go-live through help desks, support labs, and updated materials.

Advise management on regulatory and compliance matters, monitor legislative developments, prepare policy briefs and reports, maintain regulatory databases, coordinate stakeholder forums, represent the organization in external meetings, and support policies addressing government legislation and market regulations.
