Lead technical direction and architecture across multiple teams for ASOS customer-facing apps and web. Define standards, resolve cross-team dependencies, champion experimentation and A/B testing, improve engineering practices, coach senior technical leaders, and represent engineering in senior stakeholder discussions to balance delivery speed with long-term platform sustainability.

Own the press side of campaigns: build and maintain relationships with fashion and lifestyle media and stylists, secure placements, translate campaigns into culturally credible press coverage, work with internal teams to land product stories, manage multiple priorities at pace. Hybrid role with minimum three days per week in the office.
