The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth in commercial and public sector accounts, managing sales cycles, stakeholder engagement, and compliance requirements.

Build and scale a global channel partner program: recruit, onboard, enable, and expand GSIs, ISVs, MSPs/MSSPs, VARs, and cloud hyperscalers. Drive partner enablement, co-sell motions, joint GTM, marketplace transactions, and partner-sourced pipeline while reporting performance and collaborating cross-functionally to operationalize partner motions.

Lead end-to-end deployments of 1Kosmos passwordless authentication and identity verification across enterprise customers. Conduct discovery and design sessions, implement SSO/federation integrations, deploy passwordless (FIDO2/WebAuthn/Passkeys), integrate with AD/LDAP/IDPs and infrastructure, create automation and API integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams.

Lead building and scaling a frontline BDR outbound engine: hire and train BDRs, design outbound playbooks, coach via live call reviews, own pipeline metrics and ROI, enforce qualification frameworks, and align closely with Marketing and AEs to generate enterprise pipeline.

Provide first-line technical support for identity and authentication products: troubleshoot issues, manage tickets per SLAs, assist onboarding/configuration, document resolutions, and collaborate with engineering and customer success teams.
