Leads Rocket Software’s global growth marketing organization, setting strategy and accountability for pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue. Oversees ABM, analytics, performance, insights, and MarTech through senior functional leaders; partners with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations on enterprise go-to-market initiatives. Leads a global software and quality engineering organization responsible for enterprise data integration products across mainframe, distributed, hybrid, and cloud environments. Oversees engineering execution, software quality, modernization, customer escalations, operational readiness, innovation, and AI-enabled practices. Partners with product, architecture, and support teams while developing talent, managing performance, fostering accountability, and ensuring reliable delivery of business-critical software.

Manage strategic customer accounts as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, monitor customer health in Gainsight, mitigate risks, lead escalations, conduct executive business reviews, and advocate for customer needs. Collaborate with Sales, Services, Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing while mentoring peers and improving Customer Success practices. Rocket Mobius experience is strongly preferred.

As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you'll own product quality, extend automated test frameworks, influence product decisions, and mentor junior engineers in a complex mainframe environment.

Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure (primarily Jenkins). Automate builds, manage artifacts and dependencies, support build nodes (Windows, Linux, z/OS), enforce DevSecOps practices, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve reliability and delivery velocity.

The Mainframe Modernization Solutions Architect will analyze, design, and implement solutions for modernizing mainframe environments, providing technical leadership and engaging with customers to achieve digital transformation goals.
