Build and maintain DataDome's client-side JavaScript Tag and server-side integration modules for edge runtimes and backend platforms. Own integration components across multiple languages, improve CI/CD, testing, performance and security, mentor engineers, support onboarding and incident response, and drive technical direction for integrations.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will lead customer relationships post-sale, ensuring value realization, driving product adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities with enterprise clients in cybersecurity.

Design high-information-density enterprise SaaS experiences: lead product discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI. Evolve and maintain the design system (tokens, components, documentation), collaborate with engineering on front-end feasibility and accessibility, and apply AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate and refine design outcomes.

Challenge and improve client-side bot detection: run internal red-team attacks, build automation tools, add advanced browser-fingerprint signals to JavaScript and mobile SDKs, implement JS obfuscation, research new detection approaches, and share results externally.

Analyze customer traffic to identify fraud patterns (account takeover, fake subscriptions), handle fraud case analysis and reporting, improve fraud detection across the product, recommend detection signals and UI improvements, and collaborate with Solution Engineers and Research/Data Science teams.

Manage US accounts to ensure customers achieve objectives with DataDome. Drive customer experience as a trusted advisor, secure renewals, identify expansion and upsell opportunities, mitigate risks to adoption, collaborate with Technical Account Managers, and build referenceable customer advocates.
