Monitor ATM statuses, open and dispatch tickets to vendors and internal teams, follow up until resolution, perform minor first-line fixes via ATM switch/remote connections, report cash issues, run queries to identify errors, and ensure SLAs and handovers are maintained.

Support product launches, negotiate technology and vendor contracts, ensure regulatory, payments, data privacy and consumer protection compliance, liaise with regulators and external counsel, and balance legal risk with commercial objectives.

Lead end-to-end card management system (CMS) setup and migration projects for issuers and acquirers: scope requirements, data mapping, parameter setup, interface specification, UAT, cutover, stakeholder coordination, risk escalation, and documentation to ensure scheme compliance and successful go-lives.

Lead business analysis for e-commerce acquiring and payment gateway solutions: define business, functional, and non-functional requirements; design end-to-end payment journeys; support API integrations, UAT, production validation, and post-release monitoring; collaborate with product, engineering, architects, partners and operations to deliver scalable merchant acquiring and VAS solutions.
