Manages chargebacks, investigates fraud, assists with reconciliation, monitors merchant performance and risk indicators, supports revenue protection, and prepares portfolio and deployment reports. Work as part of the Global Production Support team in 24x7x365 rotational shifts. Manage and handle all defined L1 support tasks across multiple regions and multiple applications, ensuring continuous production support and incident triage/escalation as needed.

Plan and deliver corporate and regional events end-to-end to drive brand credibility and commercial outcomes. Own event strategy, calendar, briefs, logistics, vendor management, speaker support, lead capture coordination, post-event reporting, content amplification, stakeholder alignment, and budget inputs to ensure consistent execution and measurable ROI across markets.

Process card financial and non-financial requests within SLA and system cut-off times; handle email inquiries, follow up with other departments for approvals, update MIS tracker and daily scorecards, attend meetings and training, meet deadlines including weekends and month-end extended hours, ensure SLA compliance, resolve queries and complaints, and adhere to operating policies, confidentiality and office discipline.
