Job Description:
Support the planning, execution and governance strategic initiatives across the Operations function. Drive program delivery excellence through effective project management, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and performance monitoring to ensure strategic objectives are achieved within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
•Manage end-to-end execution of strategic programs and transformation initiatives across acquiring, issuing, operations and support functions.

Skills Required
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategic initiatives, or business transformation
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and governance documentation
- Familiarity with payments operations, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification
