Handle complaint escalations from fintech partners: review and draft regulatory responses, investigate complaints, track cases and deadlines, perform call and quality reviews, collaborate with internal teams, identify root causes and corrective actions, and ensure regulatory compliance (FDIC, CFPB, state regulators).

Lead and own the bank's Intelligence organization end-to-end: the CRB Intelligence platform, data infrastructure, intelligence products, and modeling organization. Drive product-led delivery with P&L focus, automate model lifecycle and observability, enforce SLAs with operations, and scale throughput through senior, lean teams. Deliver production-grade intelligence products with measurable decision impact and clean integration with the enterprise AI platform.
