Act as the technical authority for the Wiz platform (especially Wiz Outpost). Troubleshoot and root-cause multi-cloud and Kubernetes deployments, partner with engineering on escalations, support sales/POV processes, create runbooks and onboarding materials, and provide field-driven product feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and enable support and sales teams.
