Create and maintain in-product documentation, microcopy, release notes, and guided UX content using docs-as-code workflows. Partner with product, engineering, and support to validate troubleshooting content, leverage generative AI to research and draft documentation, and optimize docs for AI retrieval and in-app assistants.

Manage and mentor a team of technical support engineers for a cloud security SaaS product. Own team performance, hiring/onboarding, escalations, incident coordination with engineering, and knowledge-base content. Drive automation and AI-powered tooling to scale support, troubleshoot Kubernetes/cloud infrastructure, and collaborate with Customer Success on customer-impacting issues.

Serve as the top field expert in application and cloud-native security, collaborating with CTO, sales, product, and R&D. Support strategic opportunities, lead POCs, troubleshoot deployments, provide product feedback, deliver technical presentations to technical and executive audiences, and drive thought leadership to improve messaging and customer value.

Drive mid-enterprise cloud security sales by understanding customer needs, positioning Wiz Cloud Security solutions to CISOs, building executive relationships, managing pipeline and forecasts, closing deals to meet quotas, and collaborating with partners and internal teams to align strategy and deliver value.

As a Renewal Manager, you will manage the renewal and upsell process for customers, driving retention and growth, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
