Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, secure authentication and authorization services for cloud and on‑prem Sonar products. Design AuthN/AuthZ systems, oversee deployments and monitoring, troubleshoot production issues, mentor engineers, and partner with product and design to deliver identity features at scale.

Lead and execute regional sales strategy and revenue targets for the West. Build, coach, and scale a regional sales organization, own pipeline health and forecasts, join key deals, run deal reviews and coaching, partner cross-functionally on GTM, manage headcount/hiring, and enforce Salesforce-driven processes and sales best practices.

Serve as a technical trusted advisor to enterprise accounts, driving Sonar adoption, lowering churn risk, auditing deployments, running QBRs, remediating gaps, evangelizing Sonar methodology, and influencing product roadmap to increase account maturity and satisfaction.
