Research and build post-training solutions for coding LLMs and agentic systems: design experiments, implement policy optimization and fine-tuning methods, translate prototypes into production, and communicate findings across teams.

Research and develop post-training methods for LLMs to power enterprise coding agents. Design experiments, build prototypes into products, apply policy optimization, RL/verifier frameworks, SFT, PEFT and data-centric methods, and communicate findings across cross-disciplinary teams.

Lead and scale a Technical Account Management function for Sonar in the US: design post-sale TAM strategy and playbooks, recruit and coach TAMs, drive product adoption and retention, act as technical escalation for customers, collaborate cross-functionally to represent customer needs, and use data to optimize post-sale outcomes and account growth.
