As a Backend Engineer in the DevEx Team, you will lead the development of an AI-based Software Development Life Cycle, improve developer processes, and manage cloud infrastructure to enhance the developer experience.

Lead profit, compliance, and scaling of the Workers Compensation product by translating NCCI/state rules into technical requirements, managing major implementations, coordinating stakeholders (engineering, product, legal, filings), defining automation for underwriting and portfolio management, tracking milestones/metrics, and designing workflows to support customer service and production teams.
