Lead and scale an Insurance Product Enablement function combining Product Ops and Analyst teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial, and Compliance to streamline workflows, improve governance, implement tools/templates/dashboards, handle compliance inquiries and manual policy tasks, deliver reporting and competitive analysis, define operating standards and SLAs, and coach team members to drive efficiency and consistent product delivery.

Optimize and scale EKS/Kubernetes clusters, enforce multi-account governance (Control Tower/Account Factory), build custom automation and observability (Grafana, Mimir), support AI infrastructure, and drive FinOps culture to ensure cost-efficient, reliable self-service infrastructure for engineering teams.
