The Accounting Assistant supports European entities with accounts payable, supplier payment runs, bank allocations and reconciliations, cash reporting, journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, audit support, tax documentation, and month-end closing. The role communicates with suppliers, global finance teams, and budget holders, identifies process efficiencies and excess costs, and supports the Accounting Manager and European CFO. It requires Polish and English proficiency, accounting knowledge, Excel skills, and at least one year of similar experience.

Supports and maintains a global SaaS platform across AWS and Azure in a 24x7 rotational environment. Responsibilities include production monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure administration, observability, root cause analysis, disaster recovery, security and compliance processes, customer communications, documentation, and operational improvements. The role requires Linux, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, API troubleshooting, and cloud operations expertise.

Provide customer-focused application support for SaaS products in a global 24x7 environment. Own incidents and service requests, troubleshoot applications using logs, APIs, configurations, data, and monitoring tools, meet SLAs, communicate with customers, and coordinate escalations. Support L1 or L2 responsibilities based on experience, including complex incident analysis, root-cause investigation, documentation, knowledge sharing, major incident response, and continuous improvement. The role requires shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Supports daily moderation operations by conducting quality checks of AI and human moderation, monitoring escalated and complex reviews, answering moderator questions, reinforcing policies, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements to the Moderation Manager.

Reviews product images and packaging, captures and verifies product attributes, proofreads records, audits data for accuracy, and meets daily quality, productivity, typing-speed, and timeliness goals. The role requires accurate data entry, strong English comprehension and communication, advanced proofreading, attention to detail, adaptability, and familiarity with varied product types and brands.

Own the health, implementation, growth, and defense of Syndigo’s enhanced content retailer network. Manage retailer and manufacturer relationships, script deployments, integrations, audits, reporting, escalations, business reviews, and expansion opportunities. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve content syndication performance, resolve technical issues, strengthen retailer adoption, and identify revenue opportunities. The hybrid Bangalore role requires two office days weekly and European-hours availability.
